Rules 16 and 17 judge the sub-character and special sub-character.Forum Rules
Sub-Character
Sub-Characters do not count towards the max character limit. However, they cannot be better than the character they are subordinate to nor may they outrank them. Furthermore, they cannot be of a different side from the character they are subordinate to. Along these lines, a Sub-Character can be stronger than the character he/she is subordinate to under certain circumstances which is up to the admins to decided if it is valid or not. They do not have to be subordinate to a character belonging to the person who creates them but to another person if that person agrees to it.
Special Sub-Character
Special Sub-Characters do count towards the max character limit. They generally have two sides to them, one player character and the other, NPC. When as player character, they are only restricted by their rank. However, when as NPC, they follow NPC standards. Switching and reverting require set or hinted at methods and can neither be simple nor way overly impossible. Even in their NPC status, they are still considered as player characters belonging to the person who created them. They still have a main they are "subordinate" to in both states(not really a matter though). They do not have to be subordinate to a character belonging to the person who creates them but to another person if that person agrees to it.
